BTL international company founded in 1993 has emerged as one of the world's leading manufacturers of medical and aesthetic equipment, establishing offices in 70 countries. The design project of their office space by Zhanna Sharafutdinova, founder of the Nside Studio, was heavily influenced by a dynamic and well-coordinated team, resulting in a layout that is both dynamic and multifunctional. The monochrome color scheme further enhances the atmosphere, allowing for maximum concentration on work. The clients' vision for the 350 m2 area was to maximize the ergonomic design of the workplace, facilitating active communication between employees and management. Additionally, they desired to transform the former retail space into a fully functional office and service department. These objectives led to the creation of a transformer office, which accommodates the set tasks and technical properties of the space.
